Junior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Data Engineer to join our team at JSS Associates. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data platform, which aggregates multiple data sets from various sources.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data consultant with a passion for data engineering to work on a challenging project that requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You will work closely with our data science team to develop and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data pipelines using MS Fabric, Timescale, and Azure
  • Implement data processing and storage solutions using Data Bricks, Snowflake, and Delta
  • Work with our data science team to develop and deploy machine learning models using Apache Kafka and Postgres
  • Provide user support and maintenance for our data platform

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data engineering
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
