Deine Aufgaben

  • Die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und der Auf- und Ausbau von langfristigen Beziehungen zu strategischen Partnern.
  • Funktions- und themenbasierte Vernetzung innerhalb der KPMG-Services und Sektoren sowie die Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Ideen zur Erweiterung des KPMG-Produktportfolios.
  • Die Positionierung der KPMG-Kompetenzen und des Leistungsportfolios innerhalb der Vertriebsstruktur bei unseren Partnern und die Entwicklung neuer technologischer Lösungen und Verkaufsstrategien.
  • Die Umsetzung gemeinsamer Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Themenverantwortlichen aus dem Business.
  • Das Erkennen des Kundenbedarfs und die Übertragung / Skalierung entwickelter Use Cases auf andere Kunden bzw. Themengebiete.
  • Das Target Account Management und die Lead Steuerung mit unseren Partnern bei KPMG.
  • Die Initiierung von Verkaufs- und Marketing-Kampagnen in Kooperation mit unseren Partnern und die zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Bereichen.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Funktionen, um das Allianz-Geschäft bekannt zu machen und auf eine rechtssichere Basis zu stellen.
  • Der regelmäßige Austausch mit dem globalen Allianz-Management zur Koordination der Aktivitäten und die internationale Skalierung des Geschäfts.

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IT oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung sowie ein tiefgreifendes IT-Verständnis.
  • Ein sehr gutes Gespür für Innovationen und Trends sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit für neue Technologien, um daraus Geschäftspotenziale abzuleiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kunden- und Geschäftspartnerorientierung, exzellente Gesprächs- und Verhandlungskompetenzen gegenüber Vertretern aus dem Senior Management.
  • Ausgeprägte Networking-Kompetenz – sowohl innerhalb der KPMG als auch bei unseren Partnern bzw. in der Branche/ Spezialgebiet.
  • Präsentationsstärke – auch vor größerem Publikum – und gegenüber Vertretern aus dem Senior Management und Leadership (intern/extern) in Deutsch und Englisch.
