Job Summary

VitrA Fliesen GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing selection and placement, performance management, talent and career management, budget planning, training, and other fundamental human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage selection and placement, performance management, talent and career management, budget planning, training, and other fundamental human resources operations for the internal customer group at the three VitrA Europe locations (Germany, France, and UK)
  • Work with department heads and managers to understand business needs and implement people strategies and solutions that support business-specific objectives
  • Develop projects to increase employee loyalty and strengthen the employer brand in the locations you are responsible for
  • Lead the implementation of new and current human resources practices and systems across all of Europe
  • Ensure that the group's policies and practices are spread throughout Europe
  • Provide legal guidelines and examples from the European region's employee experience to help the development of new procedures and policies in keeping with the Group's human resources strategy
  • Contribute to company performance by providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies
  • Plan, organize, and execute all human resources activities in talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application

Requirements

  • University or master's degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent, career management)
  • Business-minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR-related matters of their account
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and result-oriented
