Automation Robotics Engineer

About the Role:
Takeda is seeking a skilled Automation Robotics Engineer to join our team in Oranienburg, Germany. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using robotics and other technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation concepts and solutions using robotics and other technologies.
- Manage and implement automation programs with a focus on robotics.
- Develop technical solutions for departmental and site-wide projects in the area of new technologies, automation, and robotics.
- Prepare, plan, support, and implement investment projects, including budget, cost, and time planning.
- Design and implement robots, peripherals, and systems used in automation solutions.
- Define, follow up, and report on internal key figures.
- Manage and support internal employees and external partners in interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure occupational safety, health, and environmental protection within the framework of automation projects.
What You Bring:
- University or technical college degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automation technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience in robot and automation technology.
- Project experience and knowledge of robotics, automation technology, and production automation.
- Manufacturer-independent knowledge of AGVs, AMRs, cobots, and robotics.
- Experience with data and IT connection, programming, and adaptation of robots, automation, camera, and test systems, IoT, automated, and partially automated logistic solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP and GMP is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of English is required, German is an advantage.
