About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Sogeti, part of Capgemini. As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying opportunities in the market, and strengthening relationships with multiple accounts that are core and of strategic importance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a select group of client relationships, developing in-depth knowledge of the client portfolio, including their strategies and business issues.
  • Identify key client stakeholders for the account teams, create power maps, and a strategy for working with clients.
  • Collaborate with offering leaders to bring solutions to market and identify opportunities to engage with target clients.
  • Create opportunities for activation of products and services across the account, collaborating with account team members on demand generation initiatives.
  • Develop and track client feedback programs and win/loss reviews to produce crucial client insights.
Requirements
  • Holding a Bachelor or Master Degree (engineering school, business school or university).
  • A significant sales experience in the IT services sector (at least 3 years).
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourgish market.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following areas: Digital, Testing, Infrastructure/Cloud, security.
  • Good spirit of communication.
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English (German is a plus).
  • A customer-oriented approach, with organization, rigor, and methodical skills.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and ready to step up challenges.
