Senior Site Manager - Solar PV

Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for renewable energy? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee multiple utility-scale Solar PV projects across Germany.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple Solar PV project sites in Germany.
  • Coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all site documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale Solar PV projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work from the office and travel to various sites across Germany.
