As a Product Manager, G4 Showers, Grohe Product Team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the product range of selected lines within the showers and thermostats portfolio during the entire life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets customer needs and market trends.
- Manage product life cycles, including product launches, maintenance, and discontinuation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- University degree in business studies or related fields.
- Professional experience in product management, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and German languages.
