Transformation Leader in Continuous Improvement

Cytiva is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the biotechnology industry. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing sites.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing improvement initiatives that enhance quality, delivery, cost, and innovation (QDCI). This will involve leveraging Danaher Business System (DBS) tools, consulting skills, and change management processes to achieve sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive targeted QDCI improvements tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM)
- Assist company leadership in developing a DBS Roadmap
- Provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching
- Facilitate other DBS training sessions as needed
- Ensure successful kaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process
- Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business
- BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Mastery of various DBS tools
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBS and key initiatives
- Fluent in English and German
- Estimated annual salary: €85,000 - €110,000 depending on location and experience
- Standard pay with a 40-hour week as well as Incentive compensation bonus
