Cytiva, a pioneer in life sciences, is looking for a talented Sustainability Improvement Manager to lead our sustainability efforts. As a key player on our team, you will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth while reducing environmental impact.

About the Role
As a Sustainability Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing sustainability plans
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
• Implementing lean and growth-related DBS tools to enhance sustainability
• Measuring and reporting sustainability performance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Master's Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years)
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's perspective
• Mastery of various DBS tools (Lean or Growth related)
• Fluency in English and German

Benefits
