Luxury Sales Executive

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Representative Luxury in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving sales growth within the luxury universe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key high net worth clients, luxury retailers, and prestige B2C partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Execute prestige strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue within assigned key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure business and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales projections for assigned key accounts to meet financial targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key clients to maintain positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the prestige brands sector to remain competitive and innovative.
  • Travel to meet with key clients, attend industry events, and visit retail locations as needed to support key account initiatives and build relationships.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales account management, or business development, preferably within the luxury goods or prestige brands sector.
  • A strong understanding of the prestige market landscape, including key competitors, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Demonstrated success in managing prestige key accounts, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, and B2B/B2C partners.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Capacity to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with own and cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions and support.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Lives and breathes the prestige environment and can convey that vision to our customers.
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
