Job Requirements
  • Technical qualification in the mechanical field or equivalent
  • Experience in claims, inspection planning, and SAP QM module knowledge
  • Experience with mechanical measurement and inspection technology
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technical documentation
  • MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a team, handle stress, and take initiative, with high motivation
Job Responsibilities
  • Handling claims, inspecting, and evaluating results from incoming goods inspection
  • Technical clarification with suppliers, coordination of measures with commercial, production, or design departments
  • Initiating rework, tolerances, and returns, including related measures in the SAP QM module
  • Inspecting mechanical components according to SAP-guided inspection plans
  • Performing measurements of mechanical and electrical quantities, evaluating surface finishes of various materials
  • Verifying certificates, measurement protocols, and inspection certificates for accuracy
