Job Title: Project Manager - Solar Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Solar Construction team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the interface between engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring that our solar projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for our solar division, interfacing with other departments and stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards
  • Support the definition of electrical component specifications, including transformer stations and central inverters
  • Draft scope of work, audit, and appoint subcontractors
  • Provide guidance and support to Site Managers
  • Perform site visits to ensure contractual compliance and quality of work
  • Comment on project design and provide valuable feedback on construction sites and lessons learned

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or similar educational background
  • 5+ years of experience in the solar sector, preferably in utility-scale, free-field plants
  • Familiarity with EPC, solar PV performance, and construction optimization
  • Business fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages an asset
  • Flexible attitude with ability to travel to various site locations worldwide
  • Leadership experience, negotiation skills, and confident demeanor in an international context
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
