About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team at Sprinklr. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in creating interest and developing conversations with key decision-makers at enterprise corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities through proactive networking and strategic outreach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Profile potential prospects based on predetermined criteria and prioritize leads for follow-up.
  • Secure meetings for our Account Executives and provide valuable insights to support their sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Desire to be in a software sales (full cycle) position as a career progression.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role.
  • Passion for technology and disruptive technology.
  • Deep understanding of the role social media plays in business.
  • Experience in creative outbound approaches.
  • Run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results.
