Job Overview

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PM / S/4 Hana EAM expert to join our team at Viega GmbH & Co. KG.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module and experience in the SAP Hana environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full support for the SAP PM module in R/3 and S/4 Hana EAM, including processing and verification of invoices, creation and processing of purchase requisitions, notifications, and orders.
  • Maintain system and master data, as well as create and process maintenance plans.
  • Execute cost center management and analysis through reporting, and consolidate costs for projects and operator measures to create planning layouts.
  • Plan cost centers and orders as part of budget and corporate planning, and manage measure requisitions and create forecasts.
  • Oversee the control and monitoring of all infrastructure services in the area of building management, including maintenance, cleaning, security services, winter services, key management, and more.

Requirements

  • A successfully completed commercial training or degree in business administration, facility management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Very good knowledge of the SAP PM module and proficient use of it.
  • First experiences in the SAP Hana environment are advantageous.
  • Strong persuasive skills and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Assertiveness and confident demeanor towards internal and external customers.
  • Independent, cooperative, and results-oriented work approach.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
