Procurement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at HYDRO Systems KG. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for the on-time and cost-optimized procurement of spare parts and individual parts according to drawings and external work processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Procure spare parts and individual parts in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Manage the entire procurement process, from request for quotation to order processing and supplier query clarification
- Collaborate closely with internal interfaces, such as order management, service desk, and shopfloor
- Support the supplier search, evaluation, and selection process
- Conduct price negotiations at the position level
- Contribute to the implementation of a modern supply chain management
Your Profile:
- Degree in business or technical studies or completed apprenticeship with relevant experience
- Relevant professional experience in technical purchasing in a metal processing industrial company
- Service- and customer-oriented, assertive, and team-oriented with a structured way of working
- Good communication skills and affinity for deadlines, costs, and numbers
- Experience with MS Office and advanced knowledge of SAP
- Fluent written and spoken German and confident English skills
