About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team at Transparent Hiring. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of our software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes
  • Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to the development of testing strategies and methodologies to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automation testing, with a strong background in software development and testing methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with HP ALM and agile testing approaches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in English (at least C1)
