About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and improving test cases, collaborating with product teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test cases to ensure efficient testing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks to streamline testing efforts
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure defect-free products
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster continuous improvement in QA practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a test engineer, QA analyst, or similar role in an agile framework
  • Hands-on experience with HP ALM and agile testing approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues
  • Proficiency in English (at least C1)
