About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Institutional Sales team in Germany. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue within the assigned territory through new business sales and cross-selling
  • Develop and implement tactical initiatives to operationalize the sales plan
  • Build and maintain key relationships across all accounts and at all levels and functions
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, the competition, and ever-evolving technology
  • Proactively identify and report customers' feedback or potential market moves that could impact our go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven ability to network complex organizations
  • High level of initiative, discipline, and self-motivation with a strong track record at generating new revenue
  • Ability to stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, the competition, and ever-evolving technology
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and German is essential
