Junior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Germany. As an entry-level professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Provide first-level user support for employees, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless system operation;
• Assist in the maintenance and upgrade of computer hardware and software, including data migration and installation of new systems;
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize PC/laptop software installations and troubleshoot complex problems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong affinity for IT and excellent knowledge of WLAN, LAN, PC hardware and software, server hard and software, and telecommunication systems;
• Basic understanding of telephone systems and networks;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
