Internship - Electrical Components

**Company Description**
As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

For our office in Wegberg we are looking for an **intern (M/F/d) **in our Electronics Department. Your tasks will be:

- Hardware verification support for Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
- Internal Test Plan preparation
- Internal Test Report preparation
- Test-bench setup
- Test-bench verification
- Test Execution of electrical verification
- Accompanying EMC test at external EMC laboratory
- ECU sample modification, soldering
- Testbench modification
- Wire harness preparation / modification

You will also work on:

- Testbench operation
- Thermal Chamber operation
- Current / Voltage measurement by oscilloscope or data-logger
- Temperature measurement by thermo-viewer or thermocouple
- Spectrum measurement
- Perform ESD test
- Failure investigation, Reproduction test

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in an electronics-related study program and interest in the automotive industry;
- First experience with ECU testing:

- Team player that likes to take on tasks and responsibilities proactively;
- Fluent skills in written and spoken English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Driver's License
