We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our EMEA team as a Corporate Communications Manager for Germany, Austria, Nordics and Baltics. This role will play a critical part in elevating Corteva Agriscience's reputation and engagement with internal and external audiences in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to build and maintain a strong corporate reputation in Germany, Austria, and the Nordics.
- Provide strategic communications counsel and guidance to senior leaders and country teams.
- Collaborate with the Media team to design and execute effective media strategies, including press releases, media interactions, and social media.
- Work with the Government and Industry Affairs team to communicate effectively on policies, regulations, and other areas of importance.
- Lead and support ad-hoc communication projects, including signature agriculture programs and events.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Ability to critically assess issues and provide counsel on recommended paths forward.
- Strong understanding of the agriculture or chemical sector, with previous experience preferred.
- Strategic mindset that fosters innovative, creative thinking.
