Corporate Communications Specialist Germany Nordics and Baltics

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead our communications efforts in Germany, Nordics and Baltics. As a key member of our EMEA Communications team, you will be responsible for managing communications within the region and elevating Corteva's reputation through strategic counsel, messaging and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and country teams.
- Create and execute an integrated communications strategy to build and maintain a strong corporate reputation within the region.
- Develop and deliver compelling external messaging targeting priority stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver internal messaging to inform, inspire and engage colleagues.
- Integrate technologies, data and best practices to ensure effective messaging across audiences.
- Work across the business to find, develop and communicate stories centered around innovation, sustainability and impact.
- Monitor and respond to issues and crises.
- Collaborate with the Media team on effective media strategy design and execution.
- Collaborate with the Government and Industry Affairs team to communicate effectively on policies, regulations and other areas of importance.
- Lead and support ad-hoc communication projects including signature agriculture programs and events.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading communication efforts in a corporate environment.
- Ability to critically assess issues and provide counsel on recommended path forward.
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization effectively and independently.
- Bachelor's degree, post-graduate or MBA degree preferred.
- Previous experience in the agriculture or chemical sector preferred.
- Strategic mindset fostering innovative and creative thinking.

Location: This is a remote position based in Germany with occasional travel to Berlin and other international locations as required.
