About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our business unit marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Communicate with our corporate influencers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and digital events that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with solution management, corporate marketing, and sales teams to ensure efficient orchestration of marketing activities.
  • Measure and continuously optimize marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of all marketing disciplines, including online and offline marketing.
  • Experience working with agencies and external service providers.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing-related software such as Adobe CS.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
