As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding productive relationships with key personnel in strategic accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and developing business opportunities, converting them into design-in awards, and winning new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand relationships with key personnel in strategic accounts
- Take over strategic key accounts and continue their development
- Identify and develop business opportunities, convert them into design-in awards
- Win new customers and significant business opportunities
- Manage customer and project information using our professional CRM System
- Provide weekly reporting summarizing your activities and plans
Requirements:
- Solid sales experience in electronics/semiconductor B2B industry market (preferably in motor drives, UPS, solar inverters) with long sales cycles up to 2 years
- BSCEE or at least five years of professional experience in technical sales
- High sales professionalism with a good track record of achievement and a proven record of developing business from new accounts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent command of spoken and written English and German
- Reliable, open-minded, and convincing person with a highly self-motivated, organized, and well-structured working style
