Global Communications Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Global Communications Strategist to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional with a passion for developing strategic marketing campaigns and materials. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote our solutions and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for creating compelling external-facing materials, managing trade show preparation, and coordinating internal employee engagement campaigns. Additionally, you will assist in launching external initiatives and develop marketing collateral content, including product one sheeters, articles, white papers, and more.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage marketing communications tactics for products and solutions, including social media, press releases, and intranet content.
- Coordinate trade show preparation, including meeting with stakeholders, creating messaging, and working with vendors for booth design.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral content, including product one sheeters, articles, white papers, video storyboards, website content, and advertisements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience in a similar field.
- Excellent English language skills (fluent German is a plus).
- Strong software skills, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional writing ability and strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills and strategic thinking.
- Vendor management experience.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The hybrid role can be based either in Bomlitz, Germany or Cork, Ireland, with some travel required (approximately 10-15%).
