Job Summary

The role is responsible for the end-to-end Order To Cash process in order to ensure on-time order fulfilment in Business-to-Business support at country or regional level including sales order management of domestic, export and consignment, customer complaint coordination, operational problem solving, timely follow-up of order fulfilment with cross functional collaboration and proactive communication with customers, and implementing work process enhancement via best practice sharing in the team

Der Customer Service Representative ist Schnittstelle zwischen Verkauf, Marketing, Produktion sowie Logistik und ist verantwortlich für den kompletten Prozess "Order, Receipt & Handling" von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung beim Kunden einschließlich der Reklamationsbearbeitung. Dabei ist das Motto von IFF im Customer Service „One Face to the Customer“.

Hauptaufgaben
- Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in in allen Customer Service-relevanten Fragen.
- Auftragsmanagement: Entgegennahme und Erfassung komplexer Kundenaufträge, Abwicklung sowie Nachverfolgung/Kontrolle offener Lieferungen und entsprechendes Feedback an Kunden.
- Abwicklung von Reklamationen und Retouren.
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Supply Chain, der Planung und der Produktion.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Commercial Functions.
- Troubleshooting.
- Aktive Unterstützung beim Erreichen der Customer Service Business Goals.
- Regelmäßige Ermittlung der kundenbezogenen Lieferperformance und Austausch mit kundenseitigen Ansprechpartnern.
- Optimierung in direkter Absprache mit Kunden, dem Vertrieb und der Logistik.

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (Speditionskauffrau/-mann, Groß- und Außenhandel oder Industriekauffrau/-mann); Bachelorabschluss in BWL/Logistik von Vorteil.
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service, Logistik oder Supply Chain, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Operative Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SAP-Systemen, gute MS Office Kenntnisse.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
- Spaß am Arbeiten im Team.
