DG timework GmbH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our team in Düsseldorf. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical processes within the legal field, specifically focusing on seizure procedures.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update seizure files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing seizure notices, correspondence, and other essential documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with creditors, courts, and external partners involved in seizure matters.
  • Conduct administrative tasks related to the seizure process, including data capture and processing.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure adherence to legal protocols throughout the seizure process.
  • Handle minimal phone duties primarily for internal inquiries or forwarding calls related to seizure matters.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in office administration or clerical work, ideally within the legal field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive seizure-related information.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Excellent German language proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Clear criminal record without entries.
