Deine Rolle

Als Teilprojektleiter wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Steigerung der digitalen Performance von Unternehmen im gehobenen Mittelstand spielen. Du wirst eCommerce-, IoT-, SaaS- und weitere digitale Geschäftsmodelle analysieren und wirksame Digital- und Datenstrategien entwickeln, um die Zukunftsfähigkeit unserer Kunden zu sichern.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du wirst als Teilprojektleiter die digitale Performance von Unternehmen im gehobenen Mittelstand steigern und dabei tatkräftig dazu beitragen, deren Zukunftsfähigkeit zu sichern.
  • Du wirst eCommerce-, IoT-, SaaS- und weitere digitale Geschäftsmodelle analysieren und wirksame Digital- und Datenstrategien entwickeln.
  • Du wirst eine aktive Rolle in der Ausbildung deiner Teammitglieder spielen, um gemeinsam digitale Kompetenzen zu stärken.
  • Du wirst maßgeblich dazu beitragen, durch systematische Analysen wirksame Lösungen zu entwickeln und diese in strategischen Transformations- und Turnaroundsituationen pragmatisch umzusetzen.
  • Du wirst dich als Digital- und Strategieprofi weiterentwickeln und an die Unternehmenspitze denken.

Was wir von dir erwarten
  • Du hast einen Masterabschluss in der Spitzengruppe deiner Universität, vorzugsweise in den Fächern Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsmathematik o.ä. oder einen Bachelorabschluss in Verbindung mit einer Zusatzqualifikation.
  • Du hast 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einem größeren Unternehmen oder in einer etablierten Managementberatung in einem der folgenden Bereiche: eCommerce / Online-Handel, Digital Analytics & KI, Prozessdigitalisierung, IT Transformation, Digitalstrategie, Digitale Transformation.
  • Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich schnell weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und auf Augenhöhe mit Kunden und Stakeholdern.
  • Du hast Neugier und Lernbereitschaft.
