Biologics Sales Specialist

About the Role:
Bio-Techne is seeking a highly motivated Biologics Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Biologics Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling Bio-Techne's Biologics Instruments and consumables to pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovenia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Work closely with colleagues in other Bio-Techne sales teams
- Report on market conditions and support marketing efforts
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in capital equipment sales to the life sciences research sector
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Strong business skills, including negotiation, organizational skills, problem-solving, and fact-based decision-making
- Excellent technical laboratory skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
