About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at the AppLike Group. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a broad range of positions in our various teams, striving for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job postings, participating in briefing calls, active sourcing, first-round interviews, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Drive projects connected to employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Track accurate talent acquisition metrics and provide regular reporting.
  • Support your peers and other colleagues in all recruiting topics, providing guidance and training on our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Identify and implement potential ways to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our companies.
About You
  • You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting for roles at various seniority levels, with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for tech and business positions, preferably in a gaming or adtech industry.
  • You possess strong communication skills and fluent English. German is a plus.
  • You have hands-on experience building a strong employer brand.
  • You are experienced in active sourcing via different channels.
  • You can build good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • You have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), are KPI-driven and result-oriented.
  • You have social media and networking affinity and stay up to date with the latest trends in talent attraction.
  • You are a team player, show proactivity, and are eager to learn something new every day.
  • You are proficient in using Google Workspace or any other mail & collaboration tools.
