As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a crucial driver of our international growth, responsible for leading and developing our recruiting team. Your mission is to set the strategy for attracting top talent, refining our employer brand, and maintaining a high standard of excellence in our recruitment efforts.
You will directly shape the future of Applike Group by bringing in the people who will help us continue our journey of innovation, hyper-growth, and success. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to lead the charge in building a world-class team.
Your responsibilities will include leading and developing the Talent Acquisition Team, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to ensure they thrive. You will also design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to proactively engage top talent in global tech markets. Additionally, you will work with KPIs to measure and improve recruiting performance, ensuring we attract top talent efficiently and effectively.
As a key stakeholder, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership and hiring managers, to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies. You will also drive our employer branding initiatives, ensuring Applike Group stands out as a top choice for talent in competitive tech markets worldwide.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in constantly adapting and evolving our talent acquisition processes to support our rapid growth. If you have a proven track record as a hands-on (Tech) Recruiter and later Team Lead in fast-growing, international tech companies, and a deep understanding of how to attract and engage top talent through innovative sourcing techniques, we want to hear from you.
