We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished leader to join our team as Vice President/General Manager of the Liquid Phase Chromatography Division. This is a site-based leadership role with significant impact on Waldbronn site operations, where over 1000 Agilent employees are located.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Liquid Phase Chromatography Division with P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth and market share expansion.
- Develop and execute business strategies to advance Agilent's success in the life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience and drive innovation in Liquid Chromatography products.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with senior executives and peers to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and market share increase.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, with a strong preference for advanced degrees (PhD, MBA, or equivalent).
- 10+ years of increasing levels of management responsibilities in product marketing, order fulfillment, R&D, or business development, with a strong preference for prior P&L management experience.
- Domain knowledge and understanding of the global liquid chromatography market, including customers, competitors, platforms, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Proven P&L leadership of large businesses and/or commercial functions, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving growth.
- Strategic and execution ability, with experience in developing and executing multi-year strategic plans at the company, group, or business unit level.
