About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our cross-functional "Partner Acquisition & Services" domains. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions to optimize our digital partner journey (B2B) and create maximum value for both Aroundhome and our partners.
  • Work closely with our product management, engineering, and user research teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces for new and existing products.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, customer journey maps, prototypes, and mockups to meet the needs of our users.
  • Test and iterate on designs using UX and usability tests, and inform design decisions with quantitative data from A/B tests.
  • Collaborate with the agile, cross-functional team to deliver projects and serve as a point of contact for teammates and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a UX Designer, with expertise in UX tools, such as Figma, and experience in testing concepts and prototypes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into creative and innovative design ideas.
  • Experience with user-centered methods like Design Thinking and Product Discovery, and a basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS).
  • Excellent communication and team player skills, with the ability to interact with users and stakeholders in both German and English.
