We are seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer for Climate Action to join our dynamic team at ClimatePartner in Munich/Berlin/Barcelona. As a key member of our Digital team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the climate crisis while driving innovation and growth within our organization. As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing design strategies that align with our company's mission and values.
  • Leading cross-functional product teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Conducting user research, gathering insights, and informing design decisions.
  • Crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective implementation.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and excellence across the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in product teams.
  • Exceptional design skills, including expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
