About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Procurement Consulting & Supplier Solutions DACH to join our team at HRS Group. As a key member of our procurement leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our procurement strategy in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft a groundbreaking procurement strategy for F clients with a focus on excellence and innovation.
  • Define HRS' supplier strategy and develop your network and relationships within the local hospitality market.
  • Spearhead the convergence revolution, bundling disparate segments - transient, extended stay, groups, and small meetings - to reduce complexity and increase buying power.
  • Develop the next level traveler experience for HRS' participating supply partners by showcasing the superior value proposition and establish HRS as a strategic partner of choice for the business travel segment.
  • Act as the face to the market for the HRS procurement practice and the hospitality supplier ecosystem in DACH and represent HRS on numerous industry, customer, and supplier events.
  • Support the DACH market in defining the go-to-market strategy and develop promotion strategy to support HRS procurement's awareness and be the executive sponsor of strategic accounts and hunting activities.
  • Enhance the current way of working by piloting new procurement concepts like AI-based persona segmentation, attribute-based-buying etc.
  • Bridge the customer and supplier perspective and drive the procurement and supplier solutions team to maximize impact.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in the DACH region. You will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong network of relationships within the local market.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and coaching skills, able to inspire and motivate others to achieve results that exceed what was believed to be possible. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

You will be fluent in German and English, spoken and written, and have a successfully completed university degree, preferably MBA in the field of business administration.
