Job Description- Lead the product vision and strategy for the consumer domain, driving innovation and growth.
- Develop and iterate on a top-notch user experience, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and directors.
- Recruit and grow the office domain, leading and coaching a team of product managers.
- Influence and drive change in the creation and development of a digital product in an operations-heavy company.
- Identify and improve ways of working, both within and across teams and functions.
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager, owning new feature launches and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in Product Management.
- Experience working on consumer-facing teams, focusing on UX, design, and experimentation.
- Previous experience in leading and managing product teams, creating a product roadmap and strategy.
- A Bachelor's degree in statistics, maths, economics, or computer science.
- Excellent analytical abilities, user empathy, and awareness, motivated by qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Competence in statistics, with the ability to design experiments and correctly interpret results.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Focus on supporting team interaction, boosting motivation, and value contributions.
- 26 days of vacation, +1 day every year up to a maximum of 30 days.
