Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting daily activities, scheduling meetings, and managing events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in daily activities, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
- Schedule and prepare meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage events, conferences, and business trips, coordinating logistics and arrangements.
- Support sales data analysis and update databases, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
- Prepare presentations, statistics, and reports, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Successfully completed apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
- First professional experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, with SAP and Salesforce knowledge a plus.
- Independent and proactive working style, with a high level of self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving ability and motivation to work in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, German, and/or Japanese is a plus.
