Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist for Demand Planning to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for preparing demand analysis to ensure optimal demand planning, identifying and defining the causes of software errors, and analyzing, creating, and communicating demand forecasts with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Demand Analysis: Use historical data, statistics, and valuable information from past supply and demand periods to estimate trends and predict future demand.
  • Identify and Define Software Errors: Collaborate with the sales department to understand deficiencies or errors in the software and improve it.
  • Analyze and Communicate Demand Forecasts: Analyze, create, and communicate demand forecasts with stakeholders, such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams, to align goals and expectations.
  • Review Sales Figures and Create Forecasts: Review current sales figures and create forecasts relevant to monthly sales and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management or similar.
  • Experience: Experience in planning, controlling, and optimizing supply chains, as well as in the global manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work systematically, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP (S4/Hana).
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
