At Q CELLS, we're looking for a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal planning and execution of our demand forecasting processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, statistical analysis, and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address software errors, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Analyze and communicate demand forecasts to stakeholders, aligning goals and expectations.
  • Review current sales figures and create forecasts relevant to monthly sales and operational planning.
Your Profile:
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • You have experience in planning, controlling, and optimizing supply chains, as well as working in the global manufacturing industry.
  • You're a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work systematically under pressure.
  • You're proficient in MS Office and have good SAP skills (S4/Hana).
  • You're fluent in German and English, with a strong business acumen.
