Leader of Industrialization Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our industrialization strategy and oversee every aspect of our yarn spinning activities. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to develop and deploy our CMO industrialization strategy to implement our overall strategic plan for upscaling.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering, and extensive knowledge in leading operations, departments, or large-scale consultancy projects in the chemical, chemical recycling, chemical EPCM, or chemical fiber industry.
Responsibilities will include developing our spinning strategy as part of the Fiber BU strategy, leading our R&D department, and being responsible for the scale-up of spinning operations at CMO in line with our business strategy. The successful candidate will also have experience in operational KPIs, and reporting/review processes to ensure continuous improvement of the operational performance.
