We are seeking a proactive Lead Project Coordinator to enhance our team at Telio Management GmbH, a prominent player in the telecommunications and IT services industry, with a specialized focus on the correctional sector. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of various IT and telecommunications initiatives on both a national and international scale.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful execution of intricate national and international IT and telecommunications projects, from the initial requirements gathering to the final system implementation.
  • Plan, organize, execute, monitor, and document client projects in collaboration with international project teams.
  • Develop and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings with all relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Collect technical data for installations and enhancements.
  • Be accountable for the deployment of Telio products and solutions.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and technical reviews of implemented solutions.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors.
  • Engage proactively with clients and lead workshops and meetings.
  • Assist in national and international bidding processes.
Your Qualifications
  • A completed (technical) university degree or a successful commercial apprenticeship.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in international project management, preferably in networking, telecommunications, and hardware.
  • A collaborative team player with agile, solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and adaptability to work in an international context.
  • A strong desire to learn, independence, and assertiveness.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional language skills such as French, Hungarian, or Dutch are a plus.
