Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team in Region South & East Germany. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Provide commercial guidance to the sales team and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
