Insurance Account Manager

We are a dynamic and modern insurance brokerage firm, specializing in serving the needs of our clients in the fields of facility management, financial services, real estate, and new media. With over 35 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to our existing customer base, acting as a liaison between our sales team and clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote additional products and services to our clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account information.
- Prepare and present customized insurance solutions, product comparisons, and other relevant materials to clients.
- Process and manage customer claims and contracts.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives within the company, either independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- Completion of a degree in insurance or a related field.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a brokerage firm, and familiarity with the AMS software system from Assfinet.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken, as well as basic numeracy and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn.
