Your Role: Deconstruction and Remediation Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead deconstruction, land recycling, and contaminated site remediation projects within our Infrastructure & Decommissioning team.
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of demolition, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
- Site Investigations and Remediation: Conduct thorough inventories and hazardous substance investigations on buildings and facilities. Manage remediation measures for contaminated sites and groundwater.
- Technical Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive studies, specifications, cost estimates, risk assessments, operating instructions, work procedures, and documentation.
- Client Management and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and planning partners. Effectively communicate project updates and address concerns.
- Project Control and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Environmental/Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical, organizational, and economic planning and execution of decommissioning and remediation projects within the industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines (TRGS 519, 521, DGUV R101-004).
- HSSE qualifications such as SCC, Nebosh, or SiGeKo.
- Expertise in the electronic waste records procedure (eANV).
- Health and safety examinations G1.2, G26, G41, and suitability for working at heights.
