Your Responsibilities
- Plan and execute demolition, renovation, and refurbishment measures
- Conduct inventories and hazardous substance investigations in buildings and facilities
- Supervise remediation measures for contaminated sites and groundwater
- Prepare studies, specifications, and cost estimates
- Develop risk assessments, operating instructions, work and process instructions, and documentation
- Prepare offers, cost control, and draft resolutions
- Represent clients, manage construction projects, and supervise sites
- Communicate with customers, authorities, and planning partners
- Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control for demolition projects
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in natural sciences or engineering (Diploma / Bachelor / Master) specialising in geology, civil engineering/environmental/chemical engineering, process engineering, or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience in technical, organisational, and economic preparation and execution of decommissioning and remediation measures in the industrial sector, with experience in project planning and management
- Sense of responsibility, quality, and safety awareness
- Quick comprehension and good self-organisation
- Expertise in accordance with TRGS 519, 521, and DGUV R101-004
- HSSE qualification: SCC, Nebosh, SiGeKo
- Good knowledge of the electronic waste records procedure (eANV)
- Health and safety examinations G1.2, G26, G41, suitability for working at heights
