(Senior) Lead Consultant - Operational Technology / Internet of Things Cybersecurity

Your Responsibilities
Cybersecurity is your forte, and consulting on OT/IoT is one of your key areas of focus. Become a vital part of our team and contribute in the following ways:
  • Identify, Resolve, and Maintain: You will detect cyber threats, analyze, plan, design, implement, and monitor defenses against cyber risks for our clients in the operational technology and IoT sectors.
  • Process Consulting: Conduct OT and IoT assessments and penetration tests for production environments and IoT devices. Additionally, you will formulate cybersecurity strategies that consider digital trends and innovative security solutions (such as Smart Factory, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Zero Trust, 5G, Security by Design, and IT/OT Convergence).
  • Project Leadership: Act as the primary contact for our clients, support our business area as a project and team leader, and represent the outcomes of the team's efforts.
  • Impact Development: Enhance and evolve our cybersecurity consulting solutions with your expertise, actively participate in the growth of our business area through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing client relationships.
Your Profile
  • Completed Degree: A degree in (Business) Informatics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
  • Relevant Experience: Several years of pertinent professional experience in IT/OT security or IT/OT security management within a reputable consulting firm or an industrial organization.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (ISO/IEC 27001), as well as experience in describing and implementing security processes and architectures focused on IT, OT, or IoT security. You also possess knowledge of security-related technologies and solutions, such as security monitoring, backup and restore, and vulnerability management.
  • Personal Attributes: High motivation, results-oriented mindset, accountability, teamwork, client focus, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1 level) and proficient in English, with a willingness to travel.
