Lead Consultant Role at ITL Germany

As a Lead Consultant at ITL Germany, you will be responsible for supporting requirement workshops, defining problem statements, analyzing requirements specifications, creating to-be flows, and providing solution alternatives. You will also be involved in configuration, building application/process solutions, implementing deployment plans, and resolving data migration and user issues for high complexity projects.

Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers within ITL Germany guidelines and policies. Collaboration, teamwork, and excellence are highly encouraged in our learning culture where diversity is respected and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support requirement workshops and define problem statements
  • Analyze requirements specifications and create to-be flows
  • Provide solution alternatives and implement deployment plans
  • Resolve data migration and user issues for high complexity projects
  • Support knowledge transfer and deliver high-quality consulting solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • IT experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics Finance & Operations
  • Business analysis or functional consulting experience in SCM Processes
  • Strong proficiency in industry knowledge and best practices
  • Advanced analysis methods proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proposal building methods knowledge
  • Project Management experience
