Your responsibilities as a Caregiver Assistant (m/w/d) with Promedis24 GmbH:

• Deliver high-quality care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as documentation and communication with clients and families
• Support our clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation and household tasks
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care

Requirements:

• A completed Pflegegrundkurs (Care Foundation Course)
• Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a care or nursing role
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good German language skills (B2 level or higher), with additional languages a plus
