Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Works Coordinator to join our team at Discover International. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design, approval, and production of packaging artwork for pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the entire artwork process from initial briefing to final approval, ensuring that all artwork complies with regulatory requirements, brand guidelines, and market standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of packaging materials.
  • Manage artwork change requests in line with product updates, regulatory changes, or packaging modifications, ensuring that all changes are tracked, documented, and implemented smoothly.
  • Liaise with external design agencies, printers, and packaging suppliers to ensure artwork files are produced accurately and according to technical specifications.
  • Oversee the approval process for packaging artwork, coordinating feedback and revisions from relevant stakeholders and securing final approvals within set timelines.
  • Ensure that all artwork files are properly stored, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant departments.
  • Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and address any potential delays or issues to ensure that artwork projects are delivered on time.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that packaging artwork is printed to the highest quality standards and aligns with production capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in artwork coordination or project management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong understanding of packaging artwork development, printing processes, and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging and labelling.
  • Proficiency in artwork management software or project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
