Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems for our launchers and satellites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical wiring tasks on a variety of test rigs integrating a variety of sensors
- Perform electrical installation and wiring of building facilities
- Assemble and wire control cabinets and test systems
- Design electrical test systems that primarily leverage off-the-shelf industrial components, especially typical DIN rail-mounted electronic control equipment, primarily with 24V systems
- Perform light fabrication and machining using common hand and power tools
- Review electrical drawings and make corrections when required
Requirements
- Valid electrical license
- 2+ years of work experience in electrical control systems or electronics
- Exposure to common sensors, transducers, and actuators
- Experience with test and troubleshooting equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Experience with LabVIEW and National Instruments hardware is highly regarded
- Practical, hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical projects
- Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
